Lucas Evans, CEO of E3 Agriculture with TX Soil Sisters on their first farming project in Lockhart, TX.

Lucas Noble Evans is an environmental scientist, a 5th generation farmer, and a climate activist. He played a key role in integrating and adapting modern Texas municipal power grids with renewable energy and complementary storage solutions, and is now dedicated to channeling the power of industrial hemp to modernize the economic landscape.

Meet Our Guest - Lucas Evans

Growing up just outside of Austin, Texas, on a conventional farm that eventually succumbed to economic pressures, Lucas's story is both familiar and uniquely inspiring. The transition from his family selling their land piece by piece to pioneering hemp agriculture encapsulates the essence of resilience and adaptation. Lucas's academic pursuit in environmental science and a radical awakening to the unsustainability of traditional agriculture led him to venture into hemp —a crop less known in modern farming yet vastly potent in its economic and ecological promise.

Seed to Shelter: Building a Greener Future

Lucas introduces the concept of "seed to shelter," a holistic approach to farming in which every part of the hemp plant is used to create a beautiful, dynamic, eco-friendly home utilizing three acres of hemp.

E3 Agriculture is modernizing the economy by providing sustainable raw materials and introducing innovative production methods that help protect the planet and connect people to a greater purpose. There are massive opportunities for manufacturers through plant-based derivatives - from the marine, automotive, and flooring industries to consumer goods and even rocket fuel. E3's proprietary process leeches harmful chemicals from the soil while sequestering carbon, eliminating pollutants, and cleaning the immediate environment.

Emphasizing the importance of soil regeneration and the preservation of biodiversity, our conversation with Lucas sheds light on how hemp can be a catalyst for change in the agricultural sector. This conversation is not just about farming; it's about creating a future where agriculture can be both economically viable and support the environment.
