Join Soil Regen on May 3, 2025, at Barrow Brewing Company for the Regenerative Revival: A Celebration of Farmers, Food, and Family. This unique event is dedicated to honoring the farmers and ranchers who nourish our nation while highlighting the essential connection between soil health, nutrient-dense food, and regenerative agriculture. From noon to 2 PM, guests can enjoy an Open-Fire Culinary Showcase, featuring Brandon Rhyder, Joey Machado and Vincent Alexander, who will prepare dishes featuring regenerative meats and locally sourced vegetables over open-fire grills. Inside Barrow Brewing Company

  • 11:00 AM – Welcome & Opening Remarks. Host: Dr. Trish Jackson. Introduction to regenerative agriculture and its connection to nutrient-dense food.

  • 11:15 AM – Farmer Panel Discussion. Led by Dr. Trish Jackson, featuring local farmers discussing soil health, profitability, and community impact.

  • 1:15 PM – Keynote Presentation by Shelby Beyer of Anchor Farms. “Soil Health = Food Health: The Science Behind Nutrient Density”. Discover the connection between soil microbiology, plant health, and human nutrition.

    Beer Garden Stage

    • Live Music Begins (11:00 AM – Evening)

      • Enjoy live performances from talented local musicians in a relaxed outdoor setting. The event will conclude with an exciting headline performance by Texas country artist Brandon Rhyder, bringing his signature sound and heartfelt storytelling to the stage.


    By the Creek

    • Farmers Market (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

      • Shop fresh, regeneratively grown produce and artisanal goods directly from local farmers and producers.

    • Open-Fire Culinary Showcase (12:00 PM - 2:00 PM)

      • Brandon Rhyder (legendary Texas country star), Joey Machado (featured on the Food Network, Texas Original Charcoal), and Salado’s very own Vincent  Alexander prepare dishes using regeneratively raised meats and locally sourced vegetables over open-fire grills.

      • Plates available for $25 each.

    Soil Health Demonstrations (2:30 PM)

    • Experts from the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and Clearwater Underground Water Conservation District will present hands-on demonstrations showcasing the impact of regenerative practices on soil structure, biology, and nutrient cycling.
