Dr. Liz Haney is a soil and ecosystem scientist with experience in soil testing and analyses, carbon and conservation practice modeling, and is the co-developer of the Haney Soil Health Test.  Liz’s purpose, drive and passion are helping to improve producer profitability, environmental sustainability, and human health through regenerative practices and soil health.  Throughout her career Liz has developed an expansive network of scientists, thought leaders, consultants, farmers and ranchers within the sustainable agriculture space. Liz loves nothing more than creating community and is skilled at coordinating and conducting educational events, workshops and conferences bringing together today’s leading innovators in regenerative agriculture.  Liz is also a co-founder of Regen Mills and Heritage Ground with Russell Hedrick. Liz is proud to also be a part of farmer-owned Farmers Reserve Distillery.

Attend the regen revival on Saturday, 5/3/25

Join Soil Regen on May 3, 2025, at Barrow Brewing Company in Salado, TX, for the Regenerative Revival: A Celebration of Farmers, Food, and Family.

This free all-day event will begin with a vibrant Farmers Market from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, where attendees can shop for fresh, regeneratively grown produce and artisanal goods directly from local farmers and producers.

Talks begin at 11:00 AM inside. Music begins at 11:00 AM in the scenic outdoor setting of Barrow Brewing Company.

From noon to 2 PM, guests can enjoy an Open-Fire Culinary Showcase, featuring Brandon Rhyder, Joey Machado and Vincent Alexander, who will prepare dishes featuring regenerative meats and locally sourced vegetables over open-fire grills.
